IEEE CSDE 2024 Publication Chair suggests the possible author follow the IEEE template (as placed below) to prepare the manuscript.
Author Details
Please avoid adding author details in the first submission of your paper. According to IEEE policy, we like to keep the paper review process very transparent. However, you may add all author details in the Camera-Ready version of your paper if your paper gets an acceptance based on the reviewers’ recommendation.
Final Paper Template
Please use the IEEE conference paper template which is available at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
Both Word and LaTeX, templates are available here. You may choose a suitable template depending on your preference. We highly encouraged you to use the LaTeX template.
Please, strictly follow IEEE guidelines when you prepare the final paper.
Page limit
The page limit is 6 pages. Extra 2 pages you can add with additional fees.
Copyright Notice
As indicated in the template please include an appropriate copyright notice at the bottom left corner of the first page.
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: TBA
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: TBA
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: TBA
For all other papers the copyright notice is: TBA
File Format
Only PDF format is accepted. If you have prepared your paper using Microsoft Word, please use the PDF eXpress site to convert it to the PDF format.
This ensures that your final paper meets IEEE Xplore requirements
If you have used LaTeX, pdf file produce by LaTeX should be checked through the PDF eXpress site to ensure compliance.

As mentioned above, please make sure that the pdf of your final paper is created or checked through PDF eXpress
To access the PDF eXpress service, log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site:

and please create an account.

Then continue to enter information as prompted.

Please fill in the copyright form completely and your signature on the form should be legible. Once you complete the form, please submit it along with your final manuscript. Below link:
